1. Scope of Services
- No Physical Storefront: Our business operates entirely online. We offer pickup and delivery services at the address you provide at checkout (or during scheduling). No on-site drop-offs are permitted, unless otherwise specified.
2. Scheduling & Orders
- Online Booking: All orders must be scheduled through our website or booking platform. Once you select a pickup date and time, we will confirm availability.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email or text message once your order is confirmed. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.
- Scheduling Changes: If you need to reschedule a pickup or delivery, please do so at least 12 hours before your chosen time. Any changes under 12 hours may result in delays or an additional fee (if applicable).
3. Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup Procedure: At the scheduled time, our driver will come to your specified address. We kindly ask you to have all items ready for handover—securely packed or in a garment bag if that’s required.
- Delivery Procedure: Completed orders will be delivered back to the same address (or another address you have provided) on the assigned date. You (or an authorized person) must be present to receive the delivery unless you consent to a no-contact drop-off area.
- No Extra Fees: We do not charge an additional fee for pickup or delivery, unless otherwise noted during special promotional periods or remote locations. If your address is outside our normal service area, we will notify you of any surcharges before confirming your order.
- Missed Pickup/Delivery: If you miss a scheduled pickup or delivery without prior notice, we will attempt to reschedule. Repeated missed pickups/deliveries may incur a fee or result in your account being paused.
4. Turnaround Times
- General Turnaround: We aim to process most orders within 24–48 hours, depending on the service. Turnaround times may vary for specialty items like wedding gowns or leather.
- Rush Service: If you need expedited cleaning or tailoring, please indicate this at booking. Rush orders may incur an extra fee, subject to availability.
5. Payment & Pricing
- Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely online. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, or digital payment services .
- Pricing: Our service pricing is listed on our website. There are no hidden fees for pickup or delivery; what you see at checkout is what you pay (unless special handling or extreme soiling requires an extra charge, which we’ll discuss with you in advance).
- Promotions & Discounts: Any promotional codes must be applied at checkout or mentioned before the order is confirmed. Discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
6. Garment Care & Liability
- Inspection: Our staff carefully inspects each garment before cleaning. We note any existing stains or damage; if we have concerns about an item’s suitability for standard processes, we will contact you before proceeding.
- Damage Disclaimer: We handle all garments with professional care. However, natural wear-and-tear, fabric aging, or pre-existing damage can result in issues during cleaning. If we discover a risk (like delicate embroidery that may unravel), we will contact you to discuss the best approach or potential disclaimers.
- Limit of Liability: In the rare event of damage solely caused by our process or negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service or a fair replacement cost (whichever is lesser, not exceeding a specific coverage limit, $100.00 per item). We are not liable for any inherent weaknesses or flaws in materials that may lead to damage.
7. Refunds, Re-dos, & Credits
- Re-do Policy: If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning result, please notify us. We will re-clean or re-press items free of charge if the issue is related to our workmanship.
- Service Credit: In certain cases (e.g., a persistent issue, missed turnaround, or severe service delay), we may offer a service credit toward your next order instead of a refund.
8. Cancellations
- Before Pickup: You can cancel your order any time before pickup without penalty. However, repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your account status.
- After Pickup: Once we have picked up your items, service cancellation is generally not possible, as garments may have already entered the cleaning process. If you have questions or special circumstances, contact us immediately.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
