Terms of Service

Welcome to Baroni Cleaners! We are a fully online service providing dry cleaning, laundry, and tailoring with free pickup and delivery. This page outlines our terms to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for all customers.

1. Scope of Services

No Physical Storefront: We operate fully online. Pickup and delivery occur at the address you provide at checkout or when scheduling. On-site drop-offs are not permitted unless specified.

2. Scheduling & Orders

Online Booking: Orders must be scheduled via our website or booking form. We'll confirm availability after you choose your preferred date/time.

Order Confirmation: Confirmation is sent via email or text. Please ensure your contact info is accurate.

Changes: Reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to avoid delays or potential fees.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup: Please have all garments securely packed or in a garment bag at the scheduled time.

Delivery: Items will be returned to your confirmed address on the assigned date. A no-contact drop-off option is available with consent.

Missed Pickup/Delivery: May result in rescheduling delays or account flags for repeat occurrences.

Surcharges: If you are outside our primary service zone, we may apply additional fees (you'll be notified in advance).

4. Turnaround Times

Standard: 24–48 hours for most items.

Specialty: Leather, wedding dresses, or delicate tailoring may require more time.

Rush: May be available for an extra fee.

5. Payment & Pricing

Secure Online Payments: We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments.

Transparent Pricing: Listed clearly on our website. Special handling or excessive soiling may require additional charges (we will notify you).

Discounts: Must be applied before or at checkout — not retroactively.

6. Garment Care & Liability

Pre-Inspection: We document noticeable stains or damage prior to cleaning.

Damage Risk: Aging, fragile, or previously damaged items may deteriorate regardless of care. We will notify you if we see high-risk items.

Limited Liability: Our responsibility is limited to the cleaning fee paid or up to $100 per item, whichever is lower. We are not liable for inherent weaknesses, discoloration, shrinkage, or damage resulting from normal cleaning methods.

7. Refunds, Re-dos, and Service Credits

No Refunds Policy:

We do not offer refunds once garments have entered our cleaning process. By using our service, you agree to this policy.

No Guarantee of Odor or Stain Removal:

Due to the nature of some stains (e.g., body odor, perspiration, oil, or protein-based), we cannot guarantee full removal, particularly because we do not use harsh chemical solvents like PERC or added fragrance masking agents. These limitations are accepted at checkout under these Terms.

Re-do Requests:

If you're unhappy with the results, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a complimentary re-cleaning or pressing, depending on the issue.

Service Credits:

In some cases, we may offer a credit for future service at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

Chargeback Misuse:

Unauthorized chargebacks filed after services are rendered — particularly when garments were cleaned and returned — may be pursued via collections or small claims. All customers agree to dispute resolution through Baroni Cleaners directly before contacting their payment provider.

8. Cancellations

Before Pickup: Cancel anytime before pickup without penalty.

After Pickup: Cancellations are not accepted once garments are in our possession, as cleaning may already be underway.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Data Use: Only necessary customer info is collected and protected under our Privacy Policy.

No Data Sales: Your information will never be sold or shared without consent.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on our site (text, logos, images) is protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Policy Updates

We may revise this document at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of all updated terms.

12. Customer Conduct Clause

Baroni Cleaners reserves the right to refuse service or cancel customer accounts in cases of harassment, threats, chargeback misuse, or dishonest review attempts.
